Aaron (Roni) Nematnejad is an AI and data science leader with a distinguished career developing transformative data products across executive search, hedge funds, private equity, and investment banking.
With over a decade of experience at industry leaders like Russell Reynolds Associates and Bloomberg LP, Aaron specializes in bridging the gap between complex datasets and strategic business outcomes. His expertise spans Generative AI, machine learning, and bespoke BI visualization, having led high-impact digital transformations that drive profit growth and operational efficiency.
At Execulytics.ai, Aaron provides fractional Chief Data and AI Officer services, empowering firms to implement cutting-edge analytics and GTM strategies without the overhead of a full-time team. He holds an MBA from the University of London and a BS in Physics from the University of Manchester, with postgraduate work and certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI from Stanford and Johns Hopkins University.

Previously, Michel held senior technology roles at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, where he built real-time risk and P&L systems and developed quantitative index platforms supporting global trading desks. He later served as Technology Director at a property & casualty insurance carrier, leading digital platform development and enterprise IT strategy. Michel holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from NYU.
